This is the basement. It is 600 or so square feet with a utilities closet, and a multimedia wiring closet (to see all the cool multimedia wiring check out the november 26th pictures). The main 200A elec panel is straight ahead with the automatic 15KW generator transfer switch next to it. We are fully wired for home standby loads of up to 70A 220V

Utility closet center with double doors it houses an 82 gal pressure tank, 75 gal water heater and 92% 100K BTU Lennox furnace. The finished basement bath is through the door right of center. It has vinyl floors, a one piece tub and shower, a solid surface counter and hickory cabinets.
